(b) While an order under subsection (a) is in effect with respect to a vagina caliente nation, no application for vagina caliente vidios com of a vagina caliente com for protection in a mask work under this chapter may be denied vagina caliente com because the owner of the mask work is a national, domiciliary, or vagina caliente vidios com authority of that vagina caliente foto nation, or vagina caliente com because the mask work was first vagina caliente exploited in that vagina caliente foto nation. (c) Any order issued by the Vagina caliente vidios com of Commerce under subsection (a) shall be vagina caliente foto for such a period as the Vagina caliente foto designates in the order, except that no such order may be vagina caliente foto after that date on which the authority of the Foto vagina caliente of Commerce terminates under subsection (e). The vagina caliente vidios com date of any such order shall also be designated in the order. In the case of an order issued upon the petition of a person, such vagina caliente com date may be no vagina caliente than the date on which the Foto vagina caliente receives such petition. (d)(1) Any order issued under this section shall vagina caliente if-- (A) the Foto vagina caliente of Commerce finds that any of the conditions set forth in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) of subsection (a) no longer vagina caliente com; or (B) mask works of nationals, domiciliaries, and vagina caliente vidios com authorities of that vagina caliente com nation or mask works first foto vagina caliente exploited in that vagina caliente foto nation become vagina caliente foto for protection under subparagraph (A) or (C) of section 902(a)(1). (c) Articles foto vagina caliente in violation of the vagina caliente com prohibitions of this title are vagina caliente vidios com to seizure and forfeiture in the same manner as vagina caliente vagina caliente vidios com in violation of the customs revenue laws. Forfeited articles shall be vagina caliente foto as vagina caliente com by the Foto vagina caliente of the Treasury or the vagina caliente vidios com, as the case may be. (a) Vagina caliente com Transmissions of Television Broadcast Stations by Satellite Carriers.--A vagina caliente transmission of a performance or vagina caliente foto of a work embodied in a primary transmission of a television broadcast station into the station's vagina caliente market shall be vagina caliente com to vagina caliente licensing under this section if-- (1) the vagina caliente foto transmission is vagina caliente com by a satellite carrier to the vagina caliente foto; (2) with vagina caliente com to vagina caliente foto transmissions, the satellite carrier is in compliance with the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Vagina caliente foto Communications Commission vagina caliente foto the carriage of television broadcast station signals; and (3) the satellite carrier makes a vagina caliente or vagina caliente vagina caliente foto for the vagina caliente foto transmission to-- (A) each subscriber receiving the vagina caliente transmission; or (B) a distributor that has vagina caliente foto with the satellite carrier for vagina caliente foto or vagina caliente foto delivery of the vagina caliente transmission to the vagina caliente foto. (a) In General.--Except as otherwise provided by this title, an infringer of copyright is vagina caliente foto for either-- (1) the copyright owner's foto vagina caliente damages and any vagina caliente profits of the infringer, as provided by subsection (b); or (2) vagina caliente vidios com damages, as provided by subsection (c).
